November 2025

Hello!! Happy Thanksgiving!!

It is hard to believe that Thanksgiving is here and the fall semester is almost over - this year has just flown by!

Thank you for taking the time to read this. I have felt so invested in and supported by each of you. I am so thankful for your love and generosity.

Here are some highlights from the past month:

Our women's small group had a friendsgiving. These girls are all from such vastly different backgrounds and life experiences, but it has been beautiful to see their commitment to one another and to growing in relationship with God. This is the kingdom - being united by Christ!

Ephesians 4:3-6 - "Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all."

Would you believe me if I told you that nearly 500 college students took 5 hours out of their Sunday evening to attend a lecture on the Gospel of John?!

Every semester, FOCUS holds an event called Pizza Theology where we dive deeper into a theological topic and enjoy some pizza + fellowship midway through. This year we invited biblical scholar Rikk Watts to speak!

I am so encouraged that this next generation has a hunger to grow in their knowledge of scripture!

During the month of November, FOCUS is raising money to keep our ministry growing and reaching more college students! I’m so grateful for you and the way you’ve invested in what God is doing through my ministry. Our whole FOCUS team is stepping into an exciting season of growth to new campuses, and I’d love to personally invite you to consider supporting the wider ministry too. Here’s the link if you’d like to give or pledge: anyfocus.org/kfg2025

Here's a picture of me and the group of students that run together every Friday morning! It has been a great way to grow deeper in community!

Lunch on campus with some students, enjoying the beautiful fall weather! Two of the girls in this photo, Fiona and Ilan, are not Christians, but I have had the opportunity to establish a good relationship with them throughout this semester. Please be praying for their hearts to continue to be open to friendship and the Gospel.

Here are some of our female students who have committed to being small group leaders this school year! I love them dearly.

And lastly, a few more photos from the Friendsgiving!

Have a great Thanksgiving! Enjoy this student testimony from Aaron, one of our students from the SMU campus!

Much love,
Veronica
